There are so many distractions in this world we live in. Even for adults, it is often difficult to take time to refocus our eyes on the Lord. Yet, anybody who has been walking with Jesus for any length of time knows just how essential this is. Here at the Kickapoo Friends Center, we see how incredibly important this is for our young people. With that being said, each June we take students ages 10-16 to Quivering Arrow Camp.
Summer camp is a great opportunity to enjoy activities such as swimming, crafting, games, and all sorts of fun. However, and far more importantly, it is a chance for our campers to encounter the love of Jesus in an entirely new way. Through fellowship, daily classes, chapel services, and cabin devotionals, we encourage our campers to not only make a decision to follow Jesus, but to dive deeper in their walk with the Lord.
If you are interested in investing in this unique opportunity, please join us in one or more of the following ways.
Please pray! This year camp will be held from June 24-29th.
Prayerfully consider financially supporting camp and the students who will be attending. You can make donations under the giving tab on the homepage.
We are always in need of volunteers to serve as counselors, cooks, maintenance, and more! If you are interested in serving, please inquire with Brad Wood for further information.
