Our Work

The Kickapoo Friends Center works year round to meet the everyday needs that exist in our community. In sharing the Christian faith, the Kickapoo Friends Center addresses both spiritual and educational concerns as well as physical and emotional needs through the sharing of Christian principles and teachings. This happens through a number of ways, including, but not limited to, Sunday & Wednesday night services, community outreach, basketball, and special children and youth programs. The vans and bus go out weekly to meet the transportation needs of families whose children and youth would like to make it to the center for our programs. We provide classes for various age groups: primary, juniors, and junior/senior high. Throughout the year we offer a variety of special activities such as Vacation Bible School, Day camps, and Quivering Arrow Camp.
